Holland Dutch Capital’s Private Money Commercial Loan program is designed for investors purchasing or refinancing commercial income producing properties that may not qualify for conventional or bank financing.  This includes raw commercial land.

We off the most aggressive rates and fees for those that can support and fund their own rehab costs.  On a case by case basis, we would consider a single draw to help fund repairs.  We strongly prefer to only fund acquisitions.
